  9. The right to file a complaint or suggestion without hesitation or fear of persecution.
  10. The right to seek a second medical opinion.
  11. The right to be informed about the prices of the provided services.
  12. The right to provide informed consent for certain medical procedures (e.g., surgery, anesthesia, etc.).

Patient and family responsibilities

  1. Following the policies and procedures in place at the center.
  2. Financial commitment and settling all financial dues in accordance with the law, regulations, and center policies.
  3. Showing respect to the medical staff, employees, and other patients at the center.
  4. Providing the center with accurate information about the medical condition and medical history.
  5. Adhering to the treatment plan proposed by the specialized physician.
  6. Preserving the center’s property.
  7. Maintaining calmness and following the rules while at the center.
  8. Adhering to the scheduled appointments and service delivery times.
  9. Not leaving the center without ensuring that all procedures have been completed.
